Course Aims

The aim of the Resistance Band Training course is to provide a comprehensive and practical training course for fitness professionals on the use of looped resistance bands. The course will give delegates all of the tools and skills to successfully use the BootCamp Band Training variables.

Course Objectives

On completion of the one day training course delegates will be able to :

  • Demonstrate the 3 resistance band set ups.
  • Have an understanding of the resistances of the 4 levels of resistance bands.
  • Demonstrate, observe and correct a selection of exercises included in the manual.
  • Have an understanding of the maintenance and safety factors when working out with resistance bands.

Practical and theory assessments will be carried out to ensure the course objectives are reached to a satisfactory standard.
